Samuel Gonzalez was absolutely awesome! I had an appointment for 2:00 pm on Feb 13, 2017, but came in an hour early at 1:00 and asked him if I could be accommodated. He quickly helped me out and mentioned to me that my 2012 Prius had a safety recall noticed and explained to me that I could have it done at the same time as my oil change! I couldn't stay at the dealership for the few hours that it would take to service my car and recommended the free shuttle so I can go about my business. I can say he helped me wonders without pressuring me too much to buy additional services but did mention that while my car is at 85k miles, I will probably need to do major service maintenance between the 90k-100k mark. I know nothing about cars except how to drive my own prius and I take his consideration very respectfully. I will be back at Piercey Toyota to schedule my next service specifically with Samuel.

Dropped my car off just about 11:30 and was told it would be ready around 2. At 4 when I still had not heard from anyone I left a message for Raymond. At 4:30 I called again and reached Raymond because he did not call me back. My car was not ready, he hoped it would be ready by 5. Just before 5 Raymond called me to say car still not ready but because the shuttle would stop running they would come get me now. I said I could get myself there and when would my car be ready. He said about 5:15-5:30. Why was I not updated about such a delay in the first place? Raymond was very courteous and helpful in person. He clearly explained things to me, but I don't like being left hanging for hours.

Had appointment to install xbars on 4Runner just purchased from Piercy. Wanted to also have feature to open all windows from fob enabled. Confirmed with Reza that they would turn that feature on. Returned for pickup and found window feature not enabled. Discovered Reza didn't even write it up on order because he thought it was user selectable despite me telling him the manual stated that dealer must enable. When confronted he said he didn't write it up because my appointment was to only install xbars. I will not be returning to Piercy for service.
