I waited for hours for my car to be ready including the additional inspection I requested. Samuel asked me to send him the information to his email, which I did 4 times. All 4 times he said he did not receive it and asked if I sent it to the right email (I copied his email address from his business card that he gave me). I asked him why he did not notify me earlier that he didn't receive my email and he said he did not have my contact information. Because of him I will not be coming back to Piercy Toyota for service ever again. Horrible experience and customer service. He did not do his due diligence to ensure the customer is satisfied.

Raymond Nunez was so polite, courteous, and helpful that my experience of servicing my van today was not intimidating. He patiently explained what was wrong with my van and what services were needed. He applied all discounts without my having to dig through my stack of discount printouts that my husband gave me. Overall, I would want Raymond to help me again.
