1. After I arrived the Piercey Toyota, I waited in front of the door for 10 minutes, but there was no staff taking care of the car. I had to go inside asking for help and had to wait another 10 minutes.
2. I made an appointment, but had to wait 2.5 hours. It was too long. Based on my previous experience at other store, 5k service only needs 15 minutes work.
3. In the middle of the service, Piercey Toyota staff told me the car got a nail on the tire. Eventually, I was charged with 34. Based on my previous experience in other store, patching a tire is about 10 - 20. The 34 charge for patching a tire is too much.

Mr. Singh was cool very nice and friendly. I was a little disappointed that I was quoted 80 for tire installation by the gentleman on the phone when I made my apointment. Come in and find out it was 40 more. I would have made my apointment elsewhere to save a few bucks. There was a technical issue when the tech broke a TPMS sensor and had to replace it. I don't fault that, understandable.
