Brian Wood provided great customer service and I will recommend him to all of my friends and neighbors. Brian gets a 10 out of 10 for being friendly, respectful, knowledgable, and informative. Good job Piercey Toyota for having great people on the job and working Saturdays. Now that the drought is over, please start washing my car and windows. I also miss the hot chocolate.

I have purchased my vehicle at Piercey Toyota and continue to bring my vehicle back for services.
I'm happy to share my experience where Service Manager Hong Ly and Technician Mr. Andy had both went above and beyond service to ensure I was back on the road safely. I felt safe and trusted their recommendations.
I hope I can work with them again!
There seemed to have been an overwhelming amount of customers and vehicles at all lines/queues including parking the vehicle, and paying at finance desk. Finance desk is always pleasant.
The initial drive up was stress because I couldn't read the tiny signs from way back that read "appointments" and "non appointments". Please consider an ol' timey movie back-light mylar or Digital LED sign that says "if you can read this from the street, you are 25 minutes away... don't freak out, we got this."
I don't usually point out but I must say the bathrooms were spotless.

I had a 2pm appointment. I was there at that time. My unit was received at 3:01. I was promised my unit at 5:06.
I was promised text updates that I didn't receive. When I called about 5:30, I was told I would receive a a call in 5 to 10 minutes. At 6:02 I received a text that my truck was ready to go home. When I arrived and paid for my service, at 6:45pm, I learned it was not ready.
At 6:57pm I was asked for my receipt...? So they could find my truck.
So, now you know this was not the best service I have received in 10 years of business with Piercey Toyota.
