I felt ripped off. My car has 170,000 miles on it. Why would I put 1500 of service into a car I'm thinking of replacing. Next time....there will not be a next time for Piercy Toyota BUT next auto repair, I will walk into the store ALREADY knowing what repair I want. I WILL NOT PUT MYSELF IN THE POSITION OF TRUSTING A SALESMAN AGAIN! That is an expensive lesson.

Service experience with Miguel this afternoon was smooth and straightforward. No complaints with him. The service video was pretty cool but the English translation by the service technician was a bit difficult to understand (heavy accent). I will try to listen from home with volume turned up.
