I live in Fremont but I chose to go all the way to Milpitas because Piercey Toyota cares about there customers. Todd was polite, helpful and easy to work with.

Service advisor was nice. However your price for two front door lock actuators is way over priced. 1000.00 that's nuts. I replaced one in my wife's Honda next door to you for 225.00 with labor and tax. Toyota price for that part is out of control. I ordered the two actuators on line for a little over 100.00 and will install them myself. I've done them before in my other vehicles.

I am satisfied with Hong Ly who has done the best she can, however, Piercey Toyota seems not as impressive to me as it was previously. Fremont Toyota is 5-miles closer to my home than Piercey, not sure if driving to Piercey for purchasing or service in the future is worth more than done them at other dealers.
