Sam is so committed to customer satisfaction. I honestly forgot my wallet at home and was stressed out when it came time to pay. Sam assured me it was going to be ok and that I could call my information in because of my continued loyalty as a Toyota customer. As soon as I got home, I called right away and I wasn't given any grief. Seriously one of the best customer experiences ever!!

Great service. However, I would still like for my auxiliary input and head light to be checked with toyota to see if it is covered. It's closed on Sunday so there was no way to check and be 100 percent sure. I'm waiting on my call back from Raymond on Monday.

My appointment was at 11:30 am Saturday 3/04.
I arrived early at 11:15 and waited in line until almost 12pm ... this is completely wasting your customer's time.
What's the point making online appointment if its gonna be an hour wait?
I'm extremely unsatisfied at the service speed here ... Improvement is no doubt needed at Piercey Toyota!!!
I hope management team will do something to better the service and greeting speed.

I had to wait an hour before being able to speak to someone about my car since I did not have an appointment. After diagnosing my car and planning to have the work done, it took 3 days to get an answer as to whether or not Toyota would honor the warranty. My car was at Toyota for 5 days which seems excessive and unnecessary.

She was very helpful in getting car diagnosed . And taken care of in timely manor . Always kept me posted on status of car and when should be done !. Everyone there at Piercey Milpitas is very helpful . All Service staff that I have dealt with in the past . Parts Dept. Christine in car rental . Van drivers that take me to mall well waiting . My Tundra has 178,000 miles on it thanks to Hong Ly and everyone there runs like I drove off for the lot for the first time ! . Thank you !
