I always make appointment for my car services but did not make appointment today because of starter issue so I went there without appointment. I waited in no-appointment line for almost 45 minutes but 2 cars behinded me were moved up ahead. That was unfair. Beside that, I have nothing to complaint. Mike and shuttle driver are excellent.
