Jason my service writer was very polite and helpful. The customer waiting area is nice and I appreciate having free coffee and tea should I want some. I do wish however that the large TV screens sound was a bit louder.... it is a little difficult to hear from the seating area. Overall a pleasant experience!!

Winston Wong is the best service representative I have ever worked in Piercey Toyota because he dies not only have the 100 percent knowledge on the service of my car but he has so much concern on my safety because I requested to bring back my car some other day but he said it is not safe if I drive my car with a nail . He showed me and my me feel the nail in the tire . I was shocked when I found it out . I wax giving him tips but he did not accept it . Piercey Toyota is so lucky to have him. I salute him .
