It was the first time servicing my vehicle at Piercey Toyota. I had a pleasant experience there. I think Brian and his team did a terrific job. I got my car back at a timely manner and within the given timeframe after they had worked on it. Well almost, but it was definitely a better experience than some of the other dealerships that I've been through for sure. I also really like the text updates that I've received on the phone regarding the status of the repair. Overall, it adds to a better customer experience.
I was also impressed with the other service staff members which approached me while standing outside to see if I needed any help. Good job, guys! Thank you for the awesome service and looking forward to bring the car back for future visits.
