Recently I have taken our two RAV4s to Mr. Chris Abernathy for service. He is a truly outstanding gentleman, very knowledgeable, and ready to help with whatever issue one might have. The attention and service I have received from Chris goes well beyond the call of duty and what would normally be expected of someone in his position. He cares about customers' issues as if they were his own. He wants to ensure that all of a customer's issues and concerns are properly addressed and handled before that customer leaves the facilities. I m very satisfied with my Service Advisor, Samuel Gonzalez. When I picked up my car n realized on the driver side handle (inside the car) was very dirty by technician who was working on my car earlier. I went back inside and addressed the issue with Samuel and he quickly took my car back n drove to the back to have it clean. He offered me a free detail on my next visit. Good customer service!
