Jason Martinez is one of the reason why I chose Piercey Toyota in Milpitas over Toyota dealers in the Bay Area when it comes to my car service needs. He is just that really good at what he's doing. If Eminem is the Rap God, Jason Martinez is the God of Customer Service. He is just that awesome! I will definitely come back there over and over again as long as Jason is there!

It started with a very long wait time to get a ride. Then the price quoted for the fixes was extremely high. The estimated service completion was by 2:30 pm, but the car wasn't ready even by 4:30 pm. The pick up ride didn't arrive. Because of all the delays I missed my only son's PTA meeting. The worst experience ever! My Honda service experience is hundred times better than this, extremely disappointed!
