I was not happy w/ the tech this time. As far as the car goes checking went fine, but at the end of service, main driver display was in a funny state which i did not know why. When I asked a lady at the service reception area, she was very nice about getting a techinician who was complaining the fact the display was not in a mode it supposed to be, and he did not quite finish the job because he did not service the car that day. I told Mr.Yamamoto that this was the 1st time, we're not happy. Later I was able to fix the display state it was as we took the car for service. Unfortunately, we did not notice the display problem until half-way to home. Hope the next service date will go fine.
