I'm pleased with the oil change and the communication of the advisor of when the job would be done (5 minutes or so, is pretty good). However, during the multi-point inspection results, I was informed that I need to replace the air filter. When I got home and looked for the air filter, I saw that one of the bolts that secures the air filter compartment was missing. I've always serviced my Camry from Piercey since I bought the car in 2007 and I come back because the service has been quite good. However, on several recent occasions it would appear the "clean up" process hasn't been up to par where I had to come back because a part was damaged or missing. This time, the part is just a bolt but a missing part never the less. I don't know if the missing bolt is a critical part or not, but since the missing part is probably less than a 1, it would be nice to get it replaced.
