I have a 50 coupon from Piercey for 50k service and the service advisor did not honor it because my car use sythenic oil. I got charged 175 for doing the same job except the synthetic oil. I felt strongly that the coupon was false advertisement and I felt being ripped off badly.
I will think twice if I want to come back to Piercey for service again
