I understand that English is your second language which is why it took me about 4 times to get a point across. It started when I asked you if Toyota washes the car for free for its customers (Honda does this). Hongs response was No, we dont. Then I asked Hong, if it is possible for Toyota to vacuum the interior of my Prius C for free? Her response was We dont wash cars here. And I replied, Vacuuming isnt washing. So you dont vacuum? Hongs response was No, we do not. The point that I was trying to make, over the phone, was about buying the unlimited alignment or the 1 time alignment. I told you that I would think about which option that I would like to buy, but will be getting an alignment no matter what. Your response to me was, "Ok, let me put the alignment on hold and you can call back and let me know what option you've decided on." My response was for you to proceed with the alignment and I will decide if I will take the unlimited package or the 1 time purchase. Then again you told me that you'd put the alignment on hold till I figure out which option that I'd like. I then asked you two questions: why the alignment cannot be done and if the technician is the person charging me for the alignment. You responded "No, he is not charging you for the alignment, he is only completing the service." At that point I explained to you that I would like you to go forward with the alignment and I will decide if I'd like to purchase the unlimited alignment package or just pay for the 1 time alignment. Later when I got to Toyota to pay for my service, I decided on the unlimited alignment package. Then Hong went over my car's report and explained I will need tires by the next 8k miles and if I purchase the tires at Toyota, I get the aligment for free. So I told Hong, then why would I even need the unlimited alignment at this time? At this point, I can see you did not understand me again. I explained to you that if my tires are going to go bald within the next 8k miles and I buy the tires here, why wouldn't I just wait to purchase the unlimited alignment package when I purchase the next set of tires? If I do that, it would prolong the amount of time that I would be able to use the unlimited alignment package. I suggest a few things for Hong to work on: - Really focusing and listening to the customer to understand the issue - Try to think about the customer and a solution for them - Maybe take on less tasks that you can handle. I say this because there were a couple customers who walked in behind me and were bothered that you did not call them about their car. As you can see there was a lot of wasted air and wasted conversation and wasted time. Now, I'm wasting more of my time typing this out.

The coupon (Toyota sent me) I brought in 29.95 for oil change, he said that is for car older than 2011 only, I can't use it. can Toyota state this rule more clearly so customers won't feel got cheated? Thanks!
