Very satisfied the way Walter handled what I wanted to be done with my car. Very fast, friendly and efficient so I could leave to go to work. No pressure that I have to have this or that done. Made me aware what needs to be done in the future. Called me right away when my car was done. Overall rating: excellent.

Dexter is the reason why I drive 35 miles roundtrip. There's another Toyota dealer 4 miles from my home but the way they treated me made me leave them after one visit.
Dexter and his customer service is exceptional. He's professional, friendly, always concerned about my safety and I enjoy watching him joke around with his coworkers, making me laugh. It's a joy to come to Piercey because of Dexter & his co-worker's good, fun, clean attitude. The feeling of "family" extends out to me, a customer.

I was disappointed with my service today. I was mislead regarding the cost of my services. I was told I was being given a "free 2 year alignment service package." I questioned this and specifically asked "So, there is no charge for this service?" I was told again that it was free for 2 years. The total price quote when I dropped off my car seemed high for just maintenance and oil change, but I was only given a total cost and it was not itemized. Upon return to pick up my car, my husband questioned the cost as this was not what we had paid in the past. We asked for the itemized printout of services with cost. The "free" alignment package was 189. We spoke to Reza, the service rep, and he said that it was free after the initial charge. We explained that he told me more than once that there was no charge. He reduced the price for us, but we still paid more than we had budgeted for this service and are still upset that I was mislead about the charges even when I asked for clarification.
