The ac and the sun visor were broken at the time I purchased the car and I didn t noticed it. Of course it is not covered by the 3 month insurance. It should have been fixed before you sold the car I do not think I never will buy a car with you ever again Catherine H

They are so rush, did not ask to check the car before delivering. 30 min after home, I discover several scratches and dent in front of the car. No offer for exchange. For the mistake, I have to go back and forth the dealer for fixing the car for 2 weeks, driving rental car for 2 weeks. It is not fair at all because I buy a brand new car, but I get all of this headaches and bad feeling because I worry that car already gets damages caused by you. I hope that when CEO reads this message, he should give me a discount at least 2,000-3.000 for this damages on top of fixing it because I buy a brand new car with cash. I don't pay for a damaged or used car. So, I hope that I will get a discount money to make me feel better.
