Received a call from Reza Khan at 5:07 letting me know I can pick up my van now rather than the next morning. He arranged for the shuttle to come and get me. The shuttle came at 5:24. When I got to Piercy, the cashier was closed up and the gate was down and Reza Khan had left. I was stranded there and had to find a ride home. I was disappointed that I was told to come and get my van and found no one was around to help me.

Samuel was very professional and courteous service advisor. Greeted with me with a smile and gave me a quick information on what will be serviced on my Rav 4 . He gave me an estimated time when my car will be done and he called me less than the time that he mentioned to me. The only thing I was kind of looking for was your free car wash that was no longer available . I will definitely look for Samuel if I will come back on my next service appointment

Your customer attendance personnel had no idea how to treat with respect to us, your customers. The ladies at the cashier are disrespectful, they don't greet or engage with me, they keep talking between them while they attend the customer. It's really bad. You have good service for the cars, but really bad attention to the person driving it.
