I made an appointment a few days ahead expecting that with appointment i didn't have to wait for a long time... i arrived at 10:20 , waited for 20 minutes just to drop the car, then waited until 12:25 - for about two hours just to change the oil. In Orange county, where i lived before, it was taking around 35 minutes to change oil at Tustin Toyota.
