This is my third time with Chris and the very first thing my dad and I hope for is to see if he is working. Been a toyota customer since Jan 2004. My car was ready and park on the side for 20 mins but Jasvir did not turn the paper work to the cashier. When the cashier ask him for missing paper work, he still not given to the cashier. I waited for another 5-10 mins then I have to ask Jasvir to get the paper work to give to the cashier in order to get my car to leave totally wait time is 2 hrs.
