I had an appointment for a routine service today. I was given a wait time of 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited 4 hours and I would have waited longer had I not gone to a different service rep to ask for help. At approximately 3.5 hours, I asked my service rep if my car was ready. He said that my car was done, but the tech was entering notes in the system and it would be 5 more minutes. Over the next half hour, my rep was not at his desk and did not respond to pages. I approached another rep who processed my paperwork and sent me to the cashier. I understand it was a busy holiday weekend, but the rep never approached me in the 4 hours I waited, not even to acknowledge that it was taking longer. I was trying to be patient, but turns out, I was completely forgotten.
