Thanks to Brian and his team a faulty oxygen sensor was identified & replaced. The service and status communication was outstanding. PLEASE find a way to turn off the seatbelt alarm!! I'm 48 years old, I know when my seat belts not on! If I'm PARKED and use the key to roll up my window, I do not need a 2 minute warning! I'm not even driving and it goes off for what feels like forever! Also, if I have groceries in the passenger seat, the alarm goes off?!? Seriously, I'm an adult, I should have the freedom to get rid of this bizarrely stupid, loud and long alarm!

Last time I got service, it took three visits to get a front end shimmy repaired. This time, we had to have a 1 yr, 5 mo old battery replaced.We always get the Toyota batteries because they last about 7 years. This one didn't. Brian and the lady pushing the service drop-off/pick-up area were great. It still took two hours to replace a battery. Really? A 10 minute job, including going to get the parts. This was for an appointmented visit. I can just imagine what we're going to have to go through to get the rear hatch replaced on our Highlander. Questions?.

I had a very unsatisfactory experience, all the staff looks mad and very rude,accept the lady who was check in. I asked the guy who it was going to help me with my oil service about checking the rear left area close to the tired and he didn't want to. At end the when my car was ready the old again guy was very rude when I asked about that fix part.. he said we are not body shop!!! Wow what unpleasant experience. We are paying a lot of money of all those services, but it seems that they don't care. I was going to suggest a friend to get a car but after this experience forsure I won't.
