Phil did the best he could with a lot of work going on and kept me advised. However, I am very dissatisfied with the work that was done. Mainly the Oil Change and fluids. The whole front of my engine had oil spilled on it from the Filter on down, and I had to buy Engine Cleaner to clean it up. The washer fluid was so full that it splashed out when I made a turn...I had to clean that up too. I also had a 15% off coupon for Parts in my hand when I came to pay my Bill and the person said, Oh Your bill is complete, and you should have told your Service Advisor...which I did when I dropped off the car in the AM. You guys for YEARS have been So Good on each visit I have had with you...but this one.. I Was Disappointed.
