I didn't get update on the status of my car until I called to ask for it, this time I didn't get the offer to use one of the loaner cars, which caused me an issue not having a car.

Waiting too long for a service tech to come out while everyone seem carefree of customer present. Estimates complete time is about 1 hour and 30 min. I was dropped off at the local shopping mall. No call after 3 hours. I have to call back to make sure they didn't for get to pick me up from the mall. Find out tech went home and whoever took over didn't follow up. Overall is very bad.
