I received a text message thanking me for having service done at the dealership. I didn't speak to Mike until I was half way home after claiming my car, when he called me to tell me my car was ready. I was waiting for my car and disappointed that I was not personally told my car was ready.

My car was originally promised to be done on the same day. When Raymond discovered that it wouldn't be finished, he called me and offered me a rental car because they were going to hold my car until the next day. On the following day, he called me with updates on the status of my car and told me exactly why my car was taking longer than expected. I had originally wanted front sensors installed on the car, but the technician didn't feel comfortable putting them on fearing that it would cause problems in the future. Raymond called me to offer me viable options and worked with me to get a solution in order. I happened to be in the area later that afternoon so I called to see if my car was ready for pickup...as I was standing in line at the cashier, Raymond called me to tell me my car was ready. Actually...this was the first time I've had my service rep call me to tell me my car was ready for pickup. Raymond was honest and offered fantastic customer service throughout the whole duration of time that my car was being serviced. Thank you!

Service was left incomplete on my vehicle (brakes which failed were not raised to me nor fixed and only disclosed after the fact) and when the service was marked as complete and I waited for 50 mins outside waiting for my shuttle to collect me which never came and I had to call for a Uber after my service rep stopped answering my calls and answering my questions. Attention to detail was gravely missed (information was not shared and stickers not updated). I have been a patron of piercey for 8 years and this experience was completely subpar. I also called the service manager and my call was never returned.
