Brian did a great job. The only complain is that by the time I was called forward to get on the shuttle to be dropped off, I had been waiting for 2 hours and there was only one hour left in my service. I decided to wait it out.

I am satisfied with Walter. The part I'm not satisfied was getting my car back. Why does it take over 30 minutes for Piercy to bring my car back out? Walter was on lunch so not his fault. I was waiting inside but informed 3 times that I'm waiting for my car. If my car is not ready, don't call me. I blame the people who are in charge of this. Otherwise, Walter was excellent in giving status of my service.
