Hong did a great job. - however the service tech did NOT follow my and Hong's simple request ; install the updated Map chip for the GPS . Clearly not understanding. The basic difference between the Map Chip and the Entune software, the tech made me wait well over an hour while ' he downloaded it 'from the internet ... again , this IS SUPPOSED TO BE A CHIP that installs under the little plastic cover marked MAP CHIP on the front of the Entune system !!!! He came out and started to explain how after all that he actually didn't have the mac chip ( someone finally corrected him ) but how he had to update to software anyway ' because it was more heavy or something ...' ????? What the ???? My morning was spend at your dealership because homer thinks the new map would be ' more heavy ' as he stumbled to explain why he did the totally wrong thing ! This did not inspire confidence and it was an entire waste of well over an hour waiting after I already had indicated ' I just need the new map chip ' ... something I can actually buy online and install myself.

My appt is 7am and didnt get received until 7:30. I was told there are three shuttles but waited 30min without any shuttle, so I have to make my own arrangements to bring me to work. Service personnel took some non appointment first before me. Other than the wait to be served and shuttle service, the rest went with no hicups. When I got my service at Honda next door. I was in and out in 15 mins. Honda took the customers with appointment first.
