There was a question if other parts would be needed replacing during the engine teardown for oil consumption. I was lead to believe that I would receive a call when they got into my engine, to let me know the condition specifically of the drive belt and the water pump. No call was received until my car was ready for pick up. My service advisor was unavailable and there were no notes from the technician. I am know concerned that I will encounter more costly repairs that could have been avoided if the option was given.

Raymond was amazing at taking me in before my appointment and timely sending a video status update. He also provided a shuttle for me to go home and wait for my car service to complete. It took 2 hours to complete and I am very satisfied with the service. Thanks Raymond, I will definitely come back again for my next car servicing.

I nrought my vehicle in first on Friday July 7 for a service and I mentioned the recall to the service manager. Later that day he called me and told me that they do need to replace the parts for the recall and they would need to keep the vehicle until the next day. I told him that it would be better for me to take my vehicle back that night and bring it back on Friday July 14. He said that was better for them as well. I brought it back and dropped it off. The service manager on the 14th said they were going to inspect it and determine if it is leaking. I informed him that they did that last week and determined it was. He said ok. I checked back at 1 PM and he said that they determined that they need to replace the parts bc of leakage to which I replied they did that last week and that I informed him of that when I dropped it off. He then told me after I was put on hold that they had replaced the part and were waiting for everything to dry so that that can put the fluid in, and that it should be ready in about an hour and a half to 2 hours. The next call I receive was at 3 pm saying they need to keep the vehicle. I said ok, but I need it done by noon on Saturday. He said that it would be at least a week bc they need the parts to come in. Why the hell did you allow me to drop my vehicle off again knowing that the parts were needed and not available? Why the hell was I lied to? I picked up my truck bc I a traveler me for the next 2 weeks with it. Thank you for wasting my time and lieing to me. This is inexcusable.

There is a serious lack of coordination between service coordinators, reception crew and the mechanics. There is too much wait time to meet with a service coordinator even after making an appointment. They take a lot of time to pull the car up front after servicing. Too many things need improvement. Also, the car wash is still not back even after the drought is over.
