I brought in a coupon for oil change.
He wouldn't accept it saying that it is not for Lexux.
I would say it is kind of false advertisement since the coupon did not say anything not for Lexus.
He was kind of rude.
Even though I did not have an appointment, I brought the car at 8 am. I called around 2 pm to see if the car is ready. I held for 10 minuites. He did not answer.
