My advisor was great. My technician…. Careless, Lazy, Incompetent are a few words that come to mind. Brought in my Truck for a 55k service. Oil change, Filter, crankcase cleaning, and tire rotation. I simply asked him to check my r/f tire for a slow leak I’ve been trying to chase. It was the main reason why I brought it in and figured might as well change the oil too. About 2-3 hours later, service was done. They “wet” the tire and couldn’t identify the leak. I got in the truck and maintenance light is still on. Already annoyed they couldn’t find the leak and now I have to take it somewhere else for a tire repair. Whatever happened to one stop shop? I get out of the car to tell my advisor. He tries to find someone to reset it for me… he couldn’t find anyone so he tried to reset it himself. 5 mins later, I was on my way! I stop by the tire shop and they tell me my truck is leaking oil. At this point I’m livid. The level of incompetence from this particular technician is appalling. So America’s Tire was able to identify the leak in the tire within 5 mins. They patched it for me and I was on my way in 45 mins. And they didn’t even charge me!!! Now that’s customer service! So now I gotta drive all the way back to the dealer. When I approached, a gentleman by the name of Viet came to me and knew right away there was an issue. He asked how can he help and I showed him the oil leaking from my skid plate. 15 mins later, Viet comes back and assured me that the technician spilled some oil. Nothing was left loose. So I’m not sure what’s worse… accidentally leaving the drain plug unscrewed or purposely NOT cleaning the oil you spilled. I take great care of my rig. I take a lot of pride in caring for my rig. And that’s why I pay a premium to have Certified technicians working on my rig. Thoroughly disappointed!! The ONE gem you have there is Viet. If he’s not a writer, make him one. You are losing if he’s not a writer.

Purav communicated very clearly how much time it could possibly take for the service, arranged the drop-off service and kept me informed about the progress.

First service customer rep did his job and the reason I answered no is not on him. My issue is with the unwillingness to really look into having the two trim pieces on the rear window of my car repaired. I realize the car is no longer under warranty for this situation but you have to agree the clear coat should not be coming off of this plastic panel. As stated by the manager the car is in good condition and it is odd that this would happen in this area of the car only. Showing any concern would have been nice.

He was very nice and helped arrange a ride home promptly. He offered to assist in arranging a ride back to the dealership, and they kept me updated on my vehicle.

An air filter was left on the passenger seat. Does this mean it wasn’t installed during service? Concerning as we’re in wildfire season.

Jazz was most professional, friendly, and had good advise.
