Grease marks were left on the ceiling of my car, the driver seat and the passenger seat and the driver side by the door. I called several times after my service to notify the dealership about this and was transferred several times each call and then disconnected. I'm not sure how to get in contact with the service manager as it seems there were issues with phones today. But the fact that my car had grease stains on the seats shows that covers were not put on the seats to protect my interior and the grease marks on the ceiling are very obvious and very unprofessional.

Something has changed. Many tears ofcexceotional service. Now, upselling extra items not needed, poor communication and 4 hours for a 35k service? You are losing a loyal customer. I have a call in to Ken Johnson. Surprize, no reply.

Raymond did a great job. One glitch occurred as I was driving the vehicle home, the engine light came on and truck went to idle with no throttle response. I pulled off the highway and called your service Dept. Your service representative Viet and a technician responded and came to my location, checked and reset computer and then truck ran Ok. So all’s well, probably more extensive test drive of repaired vehicles is advised.

I purchased my vehicle from a guy who had bought a prepaid maintenance plan for nearly 1,000 dollars. He transferred it to me. I sent the paperwork with a fifty dollar check to Toyota. I waited for the agreement paper to come back so I could bring my car to the dealership and have it serviced. It never came. Yesterday I called Toyota and a rep told me the paper got lost but the transfer went through. He told me to just bring the car in for service.,Today I brought the car in and you guys told me I skipped a service session. It was no more available, so they did the 30,000 miles service. My car had 19,111 miles when I got it in June. Now it only has 20, 734 miles. And I lost one service session! I will complain to Toyota headquarters.
