My estimate copy paper did not match the paper i signed so I had to call her again to confirm my total cost before picking up my car.
It took a long while for the cashier finding my paper to sign as Diana did not prepare them in advance. As the total cost before tax does not show on the payment bill, i explained to her about my concern. She could not address my problem and then she walked away!! Finally I completed my payment; but I had to call someone to unlock my key while my car was ready outside.

We had a terrible experience with Miguel Lopez. When I went to drop off the car, I had asked him to check my break pads as the stopping distance has increased. He gave me the quote of 189$. I asked him to look at it and then confirm with me as I will be paying the amount. Later when my father went in, he told something else to him and asked him to agree on tire rotation as well, which I don’t think was needed at all. Finally when I went to pick up my car- they gave 290$ bill and I was shocked. Apparently he added about 115$ for tire rotation? Really? Tire rotation comes around 50$ and it should have been around that amount. I have been going to Toyota and they are doing okay service but after this experience, I am really concerned if I should ever go there again. Basically they are just taking advantage of the condition and charging way too much to be honest. I am 100% not going here ever again. I just lost 290$!
