I requested to do the tire rotation and wheels balance, but I doubt the job was done, because there was no mark to show that all 4 wheels were touched, and the report did not mark out what the work has done. And yesterday, the low tire pressure is on after a week service.

Feel like I was bamboozled into another service on top of my oil change. The way the advisor worded it, it sounded as if the crank case cleaning was only a few bucks on top of the oil change. He never mentioned that it was an entirely different service than the oil change, if he hails explained the pricing and the service in detail, which he didn’t, I would not have agreed with it. I just needed an oil change. I left upset thinking i should have just done it myself. Also didn’t help that I sat around an extra four hours when my car was ready, I never received a call to let me know it was ready, so I just wasted a whole day there for an oil change
