I was expecting them (piercey toyota) to contact me as soon as they finished doing the oil change and the tire rotation they didnt.
I got a text message with a video of the inspection and service almost done so i waited almost an hour and i still didnt received a call so i call back to confirm if the vehicle was ready and they said yes its ready so i went there pick up my car and took it home suddenly two hours later i received a call saying that my car was ready to pick up but i had the car with me already how is that possible?? Next i suggest you to contact me as soon as the car is ready thank you.
