Haven’t called the advisor yet to be fair, because I just found out about it today and it’s Sunday. When I was about to remove the crossbar that was just reinstalled by the service staff, I noticed that the crossbar cover was loose. Upon removing the cover, I found that someone forced the cover to fit, and broke the plastic alignment pin on the both left and the right rear covers. Front ones were in tact.
My experience visiting Service was good, advisor Patel was courteous, and the facility was comfortable. The advisor arranged rides for drop off and pick up which was convenient. Could someone please reach out to me about this? I would like both broken covers to be replaced.
