I received no updates on the progress of the service and no text or call that the car was ready. I called in the afternoon and was told the car was ready to be picked up. Really expected a text or call that the car was ready. I replied with START on your text promising to give updates.

I was getting my 15k service from Toyota care and the advisor mentioned all these things and he mentioned some type of service and he said a lot of numbers and then I asked I thought I was here for an oil change and he said no it’s the maintenance or soemthing. Then I simply just agree that I’ll get the maintenance because my car has the maintenance alert thing on the screen so I looked at the paper that I had to sign and it doesn’t say anything of the additional cost so I assumed I don’t have to pay for anything and I’ve never paid for anything before that as well so i thought everythign was covered. But I ended up having to pay a $179 fee.

Ricardo was very rude. I came in thinking I could use a coupon for my oil change to be 45 but he charged me over $70. He did not tell me price at all and I had to find out from the cashier. When I asked him about it he literally told me that’s what I signed period. When I asked him about the coupon he said not for my synthetic oil too bad. I’m fine with paying but I was not happy at all with his rude response to me. He just had to show some empathy…
