Not all employees were wearing masks, including the one who brought me my car. Since it’s my property, I would want someone to take the proper precautions and wear their mask when in my vehicle. Also, those in the service center itself, helping customers would pull down their mask frequently. When the safety of others is affected, Toyota should be following the proper guidance and rules the county has mandated, which they already have written on signs in the dealership.

My rims got damages from wheel rotation due to technicians socket not properly handled with care when removing wheels causing damages to rim surface. Rims was in perfect condition until service was done
