Because it would’ve been nice since I’m spending so much money everytime there, that they would surprise me with a car wash at least, for free ! But Diana was very professional and also explained everything to me, so she was great.

Waited for 2 hrs just for a change oil, maybe if i didnt ask the status of my car after an hour and half of waiting, maybe it will be more that 2 hrs of waiting just to do a change oil in my car. My servicer told that my car was assigned to a slow poke mechanic. This is the longest time i waited just to do a oil change and i make an appointment and brought my car before they open and this thing still happend. Im so dissappointed to the service i got today.
