Lousy efficiency demonstrated for today’s service. I made an appointment at 10:10am. However, my car was parked on the curb side in parking lot for an hour without any service arranged. Michael told me there’s no technician available. After that, I was told there’s no parts in this location. The whole repair process Was not actively managed and I had to raise my concerns to Michael Tran several times. Finally, it took more than 4 hours to repair an issue on my tire pressure sensors and cost me $445. I was starving!!!
I am very disappointed for today’s car repair. Your service department performance is very poor. Gerald L
