Very prompt in writing up for the service with no delay and on time completion of the service as promised. Explained me the items that needs immediate attention and heads up for upcoming must do works. Over all very satisfied with service, advisor and the dealer. Though moved to a new address far away, still don't mind driving this far for excellent service experience.

Please give more training tk your employee for customer service Miguel Lopez wasnt very helpful in the very beginning .I asked if he can give me history of my other car and if I can get a shuttle .He explained to me that the car won’t be ready until after lunch and he said we can’t rush it for u and also for the shuttle,.if he has problem with his personal life,don’t bring it to the work.II forgot my car key and I have to go back right away to piercy Toyota .I was standing there in front of him for 5 minutes and I never even get an approach of that he will be right there with me after his phone call.he never even look at me and trying to turn around for me not to get his attention..so I went to the other person named Mike.I complain about him and I’m looking for the right person who can help me and luckily, Mike make everything ready and the car was ready.I dnt need to wait after lunch.. wry good service and it makes me feel valued if your people is like Mike.
