I don’t understand being charged over $700.00 for 21/2 hrs of labor. It just seems like a lot of money. I was called at 1:15 about what was wrong then called at 3:15 that the car was ready. I’m just curious.

My first appointment was for a week after I called to make it. When I showed up, they said the technicians were too busy and couldn’t handle it. So I made another appointment for 10 o’clock this morning and when I got there, they said they probably couldn’t take me till 12:30 PM. This is not the first time I have to make several appointments for the same job. When you make an appointment, I expect them to keep it. This is the third time I had to go through this. I’m just not happy with Honda and Hemet.

I received great customer service for my car service today. I was greeted by Jesse **** when I arrived and listened to for what needed to be fixed on my car and also kindly got a shuttle service to drop me off.
