A wheel nut broke while my rear brakes were being changed. I only come to Diamond Valley Honda, so any overtightened screws during a service would have been caused by the dealership techs. I was originally going to be charged an additional labor fee of around $200 on top of my initial labor fee for parts that totaled $25. Luckily the service team and management prioritized a loyal returning customer and I feel comfortable in recommending the team to others.

There was a mistake when I had scheduled a service appointment for two recalls earlier in the week, and only one recall was serviced. Brandon and Jessie were very helpful in getting me in right away and helping to make the situation right. I appreciate their help and effort to correct everything!

Came in for two recalls. My vehicle was scheduled for two, but when I got there, the employee said there was only one recall. After I left, I verified that there were in fact two recalls, which caused me to have to schedule yet another appointment for the other recall.

I had my appointment today at 12pm to replace a tire on my vehicle. after 1 hour the lady at the counter said they didn’t had the equipment to replace my tire and that they were waiting for someone to come to fix it. One more hour passed and still nothing. I would ask the lady at the counter and goodness, she would only IGNORE ME. did not acknowledge I’ve been waiting for 2 hours!!!!! I told her to had over the keys and left that place. First time at Honda in hemet and definitely my last time. Such bad customer service.
