Brought in car for oil change and filter, asked to check out the rough idle my wife has been experiencing at red lights as well as the cabin lights dimming and brightening. She called a couple hours later and said there was no rough idle but still tried to charge the diagnostics fee and didn’t mention the cabin and engine air filters needed replaced.

I just picked my car up yesterday, payed 8 grand to get a few things fixed and my car had no skid plate on it, and my mat cover was falling off and scraping while I was driving. I called multiple times and couldn't get a hold of anybody. So you can understand my frustration, I'm sure. I come in to let the service department know about the issue, and they made me feel stupid, and said they'll see what they can do. I am very displeased at this point with the service experience and for paying 8,000 dollars.. my car should be fixed perfectly.
