When we purchased our new CRV last week we were told that your service department would install a 2 inch receiver on our car and was assured that it would not void the warranty. When I went to pick it up yesterday, they had installed a 1 1/4 inch receiver. I understand that mistakes happen. Brandon assured me that they would find one yesterday and reinstall the hitch today.
Brandon was very apologetic about what happened. He followed through and I was able to pick up the car today with the proper hitch. Brandon also told me that he was going to give us a free oil change because of the inconvenience. We were leaving on a trip for the summer tomorrow and won’t be home till October. I have to say Brandon handled the situation very well. We are grateful that we are going to be able to leave tomorrow, thanks to Brandon. We did have some concerns yesterday. Mistakes happen and I will forget about it. You really should give Brandon a well deserved compliment!
