They offer Me a service that my car needed and charge Me for tire rotation, I have free tire rotation at a different shop and I usually do it with you guys so you don’t charge me for my fee oil change for life and they performed a service today so they did not ask me if I want the tire rotation they just did it. I’m not happy for it.

I brought my car in because it wouldn’t start. The technician recommended replacing the valve cover gasket, which I was told would help resolve the issue. I approved the $250 repair in addition to the $160 diagnostic fee. Unfortunately, the repair did not fix the starting issue, and I later found out it had nothing to do with the actual problem. When I expressed my concerns, Angela at the service counter argued with me instead of trying to understand or assist. I ended up having to tow my car out and pay the full diagnostic fee, even though the issue I came in for remained unresolved. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I left feeling like I paid for unnecessary work with no resolution. I expected better communication and accountability from a certified Honda service center. Now you’re sending me a generic response: “We appreciate your feedback. We are committed to achieving your complete satisfaction…” But I’ve already lost time and money. This experience was anything but professional or helpful.
