Car wasn't ready on time.
They told me the car is ready at 8:30, but when I arrived I didn't get my car until 9:41.
I told him to cancel the car wash because I needed to go to work, but they still did the car wash.....
I don't know who's fault it is and I'm not blaming Roger, but there seems to be a lot of miscommunication and I lost a lot of time.
It felt like you guys didn't value a customer's time.
Most likely won't ever get my car fixed here again.

I appreciate the amount of time that was given to explain my car issues and I hope to have the main issue resolved when I return in a few days. I especially appreciate the Technician Foreman (can't recall his name at the moment) taking the time to ride in my car so that there is a better understanding of the issue I have been experiencing for many months that no one was able to notice or locate previously.

It is not your service departments fault that they could not make my vehicle perform what I said was happening with me vehicle's warning lights. There is something very wrong with my vehicle, and. I intend to (1) take a Video of my dashboard when it acts-up and (2) bring my vehicle all the way up to your service department so they can see first-hand what is going on with the warning lights.
