The service performed on the car was fine but trying to schedule someone to pick me up to get my car when it was done less than fine. I called and was told everyone was busy and someone would call back, no call back, I called again and was told the shuttle was 1 hour out and that I would get a call when the shuttle was ready, no call back 2 hours later by that time my wife was home and took me to pick up car.
