Well I went for a simple oil change and requested synthetic oil and was told after wait about an hour that it couldn't be done because the bolt was stripped on my oil pan. So that was not good, as you can imagine. I was rather upset because I was being told I would have to buy a replacement which was going to cost me around 600.00. Second issue was because no oil change happened I asked to by just the oil to add and was sold synthetic oil blend which if I didn't know better would damage my car, by now I'm really upset and not doing so good so I ask for the correct oil and I'm not so sure I want to return because someone stripped the plug on my oil pan and I am not sure it wasn't the technician in the back who did i as the only people who have done my oil recently are the Honda dealerships. Needless to say I'm frustrated with the outcome of my visit because I have to have something replaced that to my knowledge was not an issue before I got there, and second I was very close to being sold the wrong oil for my car.
