The tech didn't tightened the gasket to the oil so it was spilling all over inside the engine burning very badly . Took in today they did take care of the problem but went to get my car they didn't pick up there mess inside the car . I took care of it. I just think that should make sure that they take there trash away . This is the first so maybe you hired new ones that didn't know . But overall you guys always do a very good job with my car

My service was great... But when I was talking to sales I felt like i was taking advantage of. Sales priced my 2015 Honda pilot extremely low 3000.00 less than car max. And they didn't even take account my Accessories and I showed my Costco membership and the sales manager lied and claimed he was a participant of the Costco auto program...I felt the proposed offer was insulting I understand it's a business but according to your management sales team it's just another car not realizing the Honda brand...
